Better Use Those Erections, Guys!

Researchers in Finland have concluded that frequent sexual activity can dramatically decrease a man’s likelihood to develop erectile dysfunction. The claim is incredible, stating that having sex once a week will reduce the risk of developing ED in half. In fact, the study goes so far as to say – the more sex you have, the lower your risk of developing erectile dysfunction will be. While the study did not focus on masturbation, it too could have the same risk-reducing effects.
